Pay Bands. I'm very concerned with this section. My main concern is unfair treatment. Even with the current system I see people who work very hard and don't get the recognition deserved either because of supervisors/leaders inability to do their jobs, personal bias, prejudices, etc. I understand that no system is perfect, but this new system leaves a lot of room for this to happen. I'd like to know how this matter is being addressed so that preventive measures will be in place if/when the new system comes on-line.
