This is a question I have about the new pay banding schedule. I am a matrix employee currently in an intern slot (7,9,11). Currently we use general schedule in which I am a GS-7. I am scheduled to get GS-9 in July. From my understanding this is when the new schedule is to become effective. How will I be converted into the new schedule and what level would I enter into.
