Comments:
The pay banding and conversion sections are confusing. I have 27 years of experience and am currently a DP 3. I had to demonstrate technical proficiency and attain 3 consecutive Outstanding performance ratings, and be reviewed by a board to get my current position. Under the conversion section it appears that I would be placed back to a level 2 position. In my opinion this is an adverse action and even though I would not lose pay I would lose potential pay increases and need to compete twice for the same position I now hold.
