Will Supervisors of Employees be provided a copy of the NSPS Policy? The reason I ask this is that I have not been provided one for our current Presonnel Management Policy and have asked for it several times. To stay well versed in its' message and intent and to keep current, it is vital that I have a copy on hand.Or will I need to go to the website provided? Will the Policy remain the same for Collective Bargaining Employees GS07 and below? Is it possible to institute that GS10 and below be covered under the Collective Bargaining Unit? At this time, I am covered under the Federal Managers Association and I do not feel much support as the People who head that up are from Upper Management within MCCS.
