Comments:
Since the NSPS will not begin implementation till July 2005, how do we account for this time? My Supervisor stated we are no longer using the former Appraisal System. So are we just suppose to remain in Limbo till July 2005? Not knowing any of this NSPS lingo, I utilized the former Appraisal System for all of my APF Employees. Please advise.
