Hi, You seem to think the "new and improved" system will contrast the subjective nature of the past system, however, you are sadly mistaken. As you will see in a short few years, this new system will prove itself to be far worse than anything previously implemented. I can see how the "good ol boys" will love this and the "working employees" will be subjected to yet another disappointing slap to the face. Jerry Wheeler
