In accordance with the reference (A), you are hereby notified; National Council 171 respectfully demands an opportunity for substantive impact bargaining. This request is based on Ms. Grant’s plan to redesignate command and control of positions within the CR Directorate.

National Council demands to bargain to the fullest extent required and permitted by law over any changes in working conditions, personnel policy, practices, procedures, or conditions of employment regarding command and control of positions in the CR Directorate.

Please respond by August 05, 2002.
