AFGE Council 171

The Council completed negotiations to settle the Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) filed against DFAS for failure to bargain prior to implementation of the Common Access Card (CAC).

DFAS and Council 171 met 27 - 31 October 2003 as a team with management to resolve the ULP and prepare to negotiate the CAC.
