Comments:
Pay and Pay Administration (Subpart C) (9901.356): Will NSPS correct the inequitable Local Quarters Allowance benefit currently authorized in Germany? Some Department of the Army local hire personnel, especially Army retirees, even if authorized an ID card and logistical support since retirement in Germany, do not receive this benefit. LQA is also the determining factor for other benefits. Please see attachment.
