Comments:
The NSPS system will inherently take away the collective bargaining rights of the Federal Firefighters. It will cripple the ability of the Federal Firefighters to insure the safety of the Armed Service Members and their families that they protect. OPM and its ability to work out solutions that are beneficial to all parties will be out of the loop and dictations will be made under this new system that look at only one side of the problems of Federal Workers. Please do not allow this new system to take affect with out an agreeable consensus between both management and employee.
