NSPS is a slap in the face for all federal workers it will set us back 50 years. With everything going up in America and wages going down, NSPS give our so call bosses and leader the right to take the bread from our families mouth. In my place of work this sort of thing my buddy being put in a position just because has been going on for a long time thru the back door. Now they will have the authority to come thru the front door and their is nothing in the way of fairness can be done. The rules and regulations the federal worker had to protect their right as a person and good worker will no longer be. I have worked in the federal system for over seventeen years. I would like to think I gave the better part of me to my job sence I spend a majority of my time their. Management is so egar to forfill NSPS forthcomings they have al ready gotten started. issuing letters stating we must train below our skill level to do all the jobs. I am a nurse and to ask one person to screen answer phones make appt.cover the desk and assist the doctor as needed is very unsafe. A good nurse must be multi task in her field I agree within her job scope. To ask me to do clerical is like asking the clerk to give a shot. I said all of this to make a point this is the sort of tasks that will be asked no matter how unsafe it may be I could loose my job if I refuse. This is a slauder putting the federal workers right in the middle, wide open for anything. This is not fair to all the thousands of us who has given so much of ourselves to this system. The baby boomers are catching hell all the way around. What will really be left? if we fail at turning things around. I will make my voice heard in the next election to do everying within my power to remove thos responsible
